Our travel planning process begins with a unique approach. While we'll need to know your travel dates and group size, what truly captivates us is your travel vision. We believe travel is more than where you go, it's what you do. Share your desires, passions, and the experiences that excite your wanderlust in a comprehensive questionnaire. Once we carefully review your responses and have a clear picture of your travel story, we'll provide you with a link to book a design call.
2 / Design Your Uncharted Experience
After our initial design call, if you find that our approach resonates with your travel aspirations we will collect a $500 non-refundable design deposit, which will be applied to your final payment. This is where the magic truly unfolds. Our Experience Curator will craft an initial proposed itinerary for your review. This is your opportunity to co-create an uncharted experience that aligns perfectly with your desires. We'll collaborate closely, whether by phone, email, video, or text, to ensure every detail is tailored to your vision.
3 / Explore New Horizons
Once your custom itinerary receives your final approval, we'll proceed with a 30% deposit to secure all services. From this point until your Uncharted departure, we're dedicated to providing you with essential information and addressing any questions you may have to prepare you for your upcoming journey. A non-refundable final payment will be collected 60 days prior to departure. One week before your trip, we'll thoroughly review your custom itinerary, ensuring all details are in place for you to savor a once-in-a-lifetime experience. While you're in your destination, our local partners will be at your service, providing real-time support and assistance. It's time to lean in and set a course for your Uncharted Experience.

At Uncharted, we pride ourselves on providing a high level of service and attention to every custom trip inquiry. We've cultivated relationships with the best providers who share our values, ensuring your journey is nothing short of exceptional. This means partnering with reputable brands and trusted local experts and staying at vetted boutique and luxury properties intentionally selected for you. On average, the cost of an Uncharted custom trip starts at $750 per person per day.
Please be aware that the following items are not included unless explicitly requested: all gratuities, value-added tax, travel insurance, medical coverage, commercial airfare to/from your home, meals and activities that are not listed in the itinerary, 24/7 support.
